• Receive and organize packages and deliveries for building residents.
• Monitor and coordinate contractor/vendor access to the property.

Schedule:

Wednesday: 12am to 8am (Arriving Tues. evening for the midnight shift leaving Wed. morning)

Thursday: 4pm to 12am

Friday: 4pm to 12 am

Saturday: Off

Sunday: 8am to 4pm

Monday: Off

Tuesday: 12am to 8am

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Spanish and English – REQUIRED
• Condominium experience – REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-spoken, professional, reliable, and a strong team player
• Must be comfortable assisting residents, guests, contractors, and vendors
• Must be able to manage packages and deliveries
• Must be able to monitor and coordinate contractor/vendor access
• Must maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence

PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE

Must be extremely well-groomed, polished, and tailored in appearance.
