Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service at the concierge area and hotel front desk.
• Perform hotel check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate guest information and following established front desk procedures.
• Assist guests with reservation inquiries, changes, and special requests.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently in accordance with resort procedures.
• Provide information about resort amenities, dining, spa services, entertainment, and available guest services.
• Assist with recommendations and reservations, coordinating with the appropriate departments to accommodate guest preferences.
• Accurately communicate guest requests to Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell/Valet, Security, VIP Services, and other departments, following up to ensure completion.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion, referring unresolved matters to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge and front desk area.
• Document guest preferences, requests, and outstanding concerns to support consistent service and effective shift handoffs.
• Protect guest confidentiality and follow resort policies for handling guest information and transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
