Job Title: Receptionist
Reports To: Client Services Leadership
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the ultimate brand ambassador. You don’t just answer phones; you curate a 5‑star guest experience. Whether you’re greeting a high‑level executive, managing a global switchboard, or ensuring our conference rooms are "camera‑ready," you are the glue that holds our professional environment together.
What You’ll Do
- Master of First Impressions: Greet all visitors with warmth, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols (NDAs) are followed seamlessly.
- Communication Hub: Expertly route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with absolute discretion and a "business‑first" attitude.
- Access Control: Act as the gatekeeper for facility security, issuing badges and managing access cards with meticulous detail.
- Operational Ninja: Cross‑train in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running at peak performance.
- Event & Meeting Support: Order top‑tier catering and set up high‑tech conference rooms so every meeting goes off without a hitch.
- Workspace Curator: Keep the reception, barista, and pantry areas looking pristine and fully stocked.
Who You Are
- Customer‑Obsessed: Driven by client satisfaction with a "no task is too small" mentality.
- A Natural Professional: Polished appearance, excellent English communication skills, and calm under pressure.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with multi‑line phone systems, PC/Mac environments, MS Office, and modern office tech (scanners/copiers).
- Detail‑Oriented: Notices small things—dying plants, low toner alerts, unreturned visitor badges—and fixes them before anyone else notices.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience (Reception, Concierge, or High‑end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
- Physical Agility: Comfortable walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and ready to own assigned work hours.
Pay Range
$23 — $25 USD
