Mercy Hospital, a not-for-profit 375-bed member of Catholic Health, seeks a Concierge to warmly welcome patients and visitors and support them throughout their visit.

You will greet, escort, and provide information while collaborating with Patient Relations to address concerns and maintain smooth front-desk operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service or hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Basic computer proficiency.
