Mercy Hospital – A Member of Catholic Health is seeking a Concierge to be the warm, welcoming face for patients and visitors.

You will greet and assist on arrival, escort guests, provide information, and support patient concerns in partnership with Patient Relations, while handling front desk calls and mail duties. This role emphasizes compassion, clear communication, and independent work at a busy not-for-profit hospital.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service or hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
