Job summary

The Gatesworth, located in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a full-time Concierge to be the welcoming face of our luxury senior living community. The role involves greeting residents and guests, assisting with events, valet parking, and basic tech support, with frequent walking and standing on shift.

Candidate must have 2+ years in customer service, a valid drivers license, and strong English communication. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and a friendly, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide door attendant services and greet residents, guests, and vendors.
• Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment.
• Perform valet parking.
• Escort residents and guests throughout the property.
• Walk dogs as requested.
• Perform keyholder duties for residents as requested.
• Staff the security desk -- determine nature of business and direct visitors.
• Provide basic tech support (cell phones, laptops, general troubleshooting).
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:
