The Gatesworth, a luxury resort-style senior living community in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead our premier dining program across multiple venues, including fine dining and banquet services.

You will train front-of-house teams, coordinate with culinary staff, ensure flawless service, and tailor experiences for residents at private events. We value hospitality excellence and a passion for memorable dining.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and organization abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
