Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Concierge for Sierra Del Sol Senior Living in Tucson, AZ. The role supports residents and families, greets guests, coordinates tours, handles messages, and maintains files in accordance with regulations.

Part-time position with Sunday shift 7:00am–1:00pm. Compensation is $15.50–$17.50/hour, with benefits including health insurance for eligible employees, 401k with company match, paid time off, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and assist with tours coordination.
• Answer calls and deliver messages.
• Demonstrate organizational time-management skills.
• Establish relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Manage and process payroll.
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files per standards and state regulations.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure brochures and move-in packets for tours/admissions are ready.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.

What we look for in a Concierge:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Concierge:

• Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour
• Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Manage, maintain and process payroll
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations
• Process accounts receivable and payable
• Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$15.50 - $17.50/hour*Depending on Experience
