Job summary

Regency Park, an assisted living and memory care community operated by Cascade Living Group, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain apartments and common areas with dignity, safety, and inviting cleanliness.

You will work Tue–Sat, 8-hour shifts, with weekend availability and competitive wages of $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a benefits package. Join our mission to promote wellness and purposeful living for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or high‑end senior living communities preferred.
• Compassionate and respectful with seniors.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to move around the building and assist residents as needed.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to detect odors and spots or spills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas daily.
• Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels.
• Maintain stocked cleaning cart and organize supplies.
• Manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
• Contribute to residents' quality of life and community environment.

Job description

As a Housekeeper with Regency Park, you’ll interact and engage with residents while in their apartments and throughout the community. You play a key role in creating a well-maintained atmosphere of dignity and respect for our residents and guests by ensuring apartments and common areas are clean, safe, and inviting.

What we look for in a Housekeeper:

• Preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high-end senior living communities
• Desire to work with seniors
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Sufficient mobility and strength to move freely through the building and to assist transfer or otherwise move residents of facility
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to detect odors and see spots and spills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as a Housekeeper:

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
• Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$17.00 - $19.00/hour
