Legend Senior Living in Malvern, PA is seeking an outstanding Concierge to join the administrative team. You will assist residents and guests at the front desk, provide local information, conduct tours and relay messages to the appropriate department.

The role requires excellent customer service and strong organizational skills; evenings/weekends may be needed. You will coordinate parking, keep the front desk stocked, and help guests feel welcome while delivering the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.

This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.
