Job summary

Legend Senior Living seeks a Concierge to join the administrative team. You will courteously assist residents and guests at the front desk, provide information about local attractions, conduct community tours and relay messages to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities include serving as the frontline ambassador with top customer service, handling concerns, informing residents about local events, coordinating parking, conducting tours, and ensuring areas are clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities are required.
• Previous experience in a similar concierge/front desk role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as frontline ambassador to residents and guests with high service standards.
• Receives concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Provides information on local festivals, attractions, restaurants, tours and transport schedules.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading.
• Conducts tours and ensures model rooms are ready for viewing.
• Keeps front desk and common areas clean and stocked.

Job Highlights

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
