Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services & First Impressions:Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, residents, and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
  • Personalized Assistance:Anticipate and fulfill various guest requests, from dining reservations to event tickets, transportation coordination, and more.
  • Local Recommendations:Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and shopping in the Central West End and St. Louis area.
  • Event & Community Engagement Support:Support resident events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Problem Solving:Address guest concerns with professionalism and a proactive mindset, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Collaborative Team Environment:Work alongside the property management team to maintain a seamless, exceptional experience for all residents and guests.
Qualifications:
  • Customer-Focused:A passion for delivering personalized, five-star service to all guests.
  • Experience:Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of St. Louis:Familiarity with the local area is a plus, but a passion for learning and helping others explore is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using property management software, reservation systems, and other technology to assist guests.
  • Attention to Detail:A keen eye for detail, ensuring every request is handled with precision and car
