Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge at an Oakmont community in California. The role greets visitors, fulfills resident requests, arranges tours, answers a multi-line phone, and provides clerical support in line with company values.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests, handling calls professionally, and helping maintain a safe environment. Vaccination/testing requirements and PPE may be applicable per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or senior living community.

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to calls.
• Effectively manage business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Shifts, Time, and Days: Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - PM Shifts - 4:00P to 8:00P (Availability to pick up weekend shifts and Holidays)

Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
