Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge at Oakmont of El Dorado Hills to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange property tours, and answer a multi-line phone. You will provide clerical support to the administrative staff in accordance with our mission and values.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, manage mail and ensure a safe, welcoming environment, and collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screening, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls promptly.
• Manage business center tasks and process mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers.

The Concierge

is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
