Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge to greet visitors, handle resident requests, arrange tours, and support administrative staff with clerical tasks. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and a professional demeanor within a senior living community.

Qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma, and preferred hospitality experience. Proficiency in MS Office is expected. Safety and health screenings are required to protect residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in hospitality or senior living.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to calls.
• Process mail and manage the business center activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
