Job summary

The Carlisle - Ivy Signature Living, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet visitors, handle resident requests, and support administrative staff on a campus focused on quality care. Expect a customer-service driven environment with teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting residents and guests, and maintaining a secure, organized work area. Strong MS Office skills and hospitality background are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.

• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
