Legend Senior Living is seeking a warm and professional Concierge to greet residents and guests at the front desk, share local information, and coordinate tours of the community. You will relay messages, assist with daily operations, and work closely with the administrative team to maintain a welcoming environment and high-quality service for all residents and visitors.

This role may require evenings or weekends as needed, and the company offers benefits including health coverage and a 401(k)

• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked

JOB HIGHLIGHTS-- Concierge

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.
