Legend Senior Living in Malvern, PA is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge to warmly greet residents and guests at the front desk, provide information about local attractions, and help coordinate tours. You will relay messages, assist with parking and loading, and ensure common areas are clean and well-stocked, delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating a welcoming community for residents.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.
