Legend Senior Living is seeking an attentive Concierge to join the administrative team. You will warmly assist residents and guests at the front desk, share local information, and relay messages to the appropriate department. You may conduct community tours and ensure model rooms are ready for viewing.

Responsibilities include handling concerns, guiding residents to proper teams, managing parking/valet, and keeping front desk areas clean and stocked. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.
