Seasonal Concierge in the US

As a Seasonal Concierge in the US, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury resort. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about the resort and surrounding areas
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Make recommendations for activities, dining options, and local attractions based on guest preferences
• Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1400 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided during your employment. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates.
