Responsibilities

As a Concierge, your responsibilities include:

• Providing five-star service to residents and guests.
• Serving as a point of contact for residents and guests.
• Handling requests such as:
• Arranging transportation
• Providing information about amenities
• Giving directions to local attractions
• Maintaining the property's appearance and upkeep.
• Receiving and distributing packages, dry cleaning, documents, and other items.
• Following security protocols by checking in/out visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Shift options:

• 2:45 PM - 11:30 PM
• 10:45 PM - 7:30 AM

Requirements

Prior experience as a Concierge or similar role in luxury residences or hotels is required. Knowledge of building systems, computers, and community is preferred. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
