Join to apply for the Concierge (Hudson Yards) role at Related Management Company

Related’s luxury building located at 35 Hudson Yards is seeking a Concierge to join their team. Responsibilities include:

• Creating a luxury environment and exceeding expectations in all hospitality services
• Approaching all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Respecting the privacy, time, and resources of each resident
• Communicating resident concerns to property management and Related’s Corporate Office
• Monitoring security systems and cameras, conducting property inspections, and reporting incidents or damages
• Maintaining accurate records of packages and deliveries
• Keeping detailed shift notes and pass-on logs for effective communication during shift changes

Work Schedule: Friday - Tuesday (3:00pm - 11:30pm). Days off: Wednesday and Thursday.

Compensation: $28.77 per hour (Full Union Rate)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or service industries
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts on your feet
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and overtime
