• We are hiring immediately for a full-time BANQUET EVENT CONCIERGE position.
• Location: NYMM F&B Catering - 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Event, hotel, and supervisor experience required.
• Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Additional Responsibilities:

• Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure all arrangements are agreeable.
• Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information, determine setup, timeline, guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc.
• Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements, and follow up to ensure compliance.
• Report relevant changes to the Manager on Duty (MOD) regarding timeline, guest count, or special needs.
