The Waterford at Mesquite in Mesquite, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our independent living community. You will answer calls, greet visitors, handle mail, and coordinate courier services while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

This part-time role offers PTO from day one, paid training, and access to technology tools like Power BI to support daily tasks. Weekend shifts are required, with a potential path to increased hours as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual, providing information about the community and contact details.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
