Job summary

The Waterford at Mesquite, a Sonida Senior Living community in Mesquite, TX, is seeking a PRN/As needed Housekeeper. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive wages, health and dental insurance, and a 401k with company match, with eligibility based on status.

You will monitor inventories, perform housekeeping and laundry tasks, and ensure clean, safe spaces for residents in our independent living environment.

Qualifications

• Have experience in senior living or similar environment.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment for housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.
