Job summary

The Waterford on Highland Colony in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet visitors, route calls, and provide information about the community. This role supports residents and team members with courteous service while upholding the high standards of care and hospitality that define our Sonida Senior Living community.

• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
