Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Concierge to join the administrative team at the front desk, assisting residents and guests with information, tours, and message relay to departments. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and knowledge of the local community.

The Concierge will conduct tours, coordinate parking, and ensure the front desk remains welcoming and well-stocked, with opportunities for a rewarding career in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains knowledge of local community and provides residents and guests with information on events, attractions, restaurants and transportation schedules.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensures model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures front desk and common areas are clean and stocked.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS-- Concierge

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities-- Concierge

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
