Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Concierge (PRN) at Watercrest at Mansfield in Mansfield, TX. You will warmly greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and manage sign-ins at the front desk.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat reception area, ordering supplies when needed, and assisting with resident maintenance requests. Weekend availability is required, with duties aligned to a luxury senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and spoken English required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred in senior living or hospitality.

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls, direct or take messages, and manage front desk duties.
• Ensure guests and vendors sign in/out and maintain a neat front desk.
• Assist with office supplies and processing resident maintenance work orders.

Concierge, PRN

TheConciergeis responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
• The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
• Weekend availability is required.

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday: 2pm to 8 pm
