Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Concierge to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with daily pay and a pay rate of $22-$25 per hour, all-inclusive.

Responsibilities include answering calls, providing information, assisting with administrative tasks, and coordinating front-desk operations to ensure a smooth and hospitable facility experience.

Qualifications

• Current and active CNA license strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and individuals at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying personalities and temperaments.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address concerns promptly.

• Provide information, direction, and appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support operations.
