Job summary

The Plaza Assisted Living in Honolulu is seeking a friendly Concierge for a casual hire at the Punchbowl location. You will be the face of the community, greet residents and guests, and support sales and marketing efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities include managing front-desk calls, taking messages, providing information, and ensuring the Bistro area is stocked and welcoming. You will perform general admin duties to keep front-desk operations smooth.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role with strong service, organizational and communication skills
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills and organized record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and ability to learn new applications

• Warmly greet potential residents, families, and visitors to set a positive tone for the community
• Manage internal and external calls, take messages, and provide information to support sales inquiries
• Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, music is playing, and the space is welcoming

Concierge - Casual Hire - Punchbowl

Pay starts at $17.00 per hour

Position Overview

Our Punchbowl community is hiring for a Concierge! You'll be the face of our community and the first impression for all visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing front-desk communications, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests.
