Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a part-time Concierge at Watercrest at Kingwood in Kingwood, Texas. You will greet residents and visitors, answer calls, manage sign-ins, and support front desk operations with a professional, friendly demeanor.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, prior customer service experience, and be willing to engage with active/senior residents. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.
