Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is seeking a Weekend Concierge for part-time day shifts (8 am–4:30 pm) on alternate weekends. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests and coworkers, greeting visitors and helping navigate our campus.

This role emphasizes hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, based on experience, with full-time benefits available for 30+ hours.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use.
2-3 years of reception, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage with residents, families, and visitors.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in, provide directions, answer questions, and handle resident deliveries.
Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs.
Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations.
Assist with light housekeeping in common areas and help with breakfast and lunch service in the dining rooms.

Concierge Requirements:
