Job summary

Freedom Village Brandywine in Coatesville, PA seeks a part-time Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant to warmly greet residents and staff, assess medical concerns, and provide first aid when needed. The role includes medication reminders and light resident care as part of our Hospitality Team.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in medical/customer service, with CN.A./CMA/EMT credentials preferred for emergency response and geriatric experience.

Qualifications

• At least six months medical and customer service experience.
• Geriatric and/or emergency involvement preferable.
• C.N.A./CMA/EMT experience strongly preferred for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, employees and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Listen to medical concerns and respond with first aid as needed.
• Administer emergency care timely and remind residents of medications.
• Assist in direct resident care as necessary to support wellness.

About The Role

This position greets residents, employees and guests and strives to anticipate their needs and acts accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.
They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.
