The Sheridan at Eastside in Snellville, GA is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to provide assistance to residents, guests and vendors, greet visitors, answer calls, monitor safety, and support daily operations.

The role requires clear English communication, strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative, compassionate environment to ensure resident and co-worker satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety of residents and property by checking surveillance cameras and life safety systems.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages, plants and prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions.
• Ensure concerns are addressed with timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers.

Job Description

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• You may be asked to ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
• Process reports for such things as work orders, incidents and concerns.
• You will receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys, and gate passes.
• Assistance to other departments with administrative functions.
• Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
