We are seeking a Concierge to work full-time overnight, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and a part-time weekend day shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Our Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in our success. They greet residents, employees, and guests warmly, by name and professionally, and treat everyone with courteous respect. They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for our residents and staff to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position greets residents, employees, and guests, striving to anticipate their needs and act accordingly. They listen to medical concerns efficiently and are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.

They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component of our Hospitality Team, striving to maintain the overall wellness of our residents.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• C.N.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for responding to medical emergencies.
• At least six months of medical and customer service experience; geriatric and/or emergency involvement is preferable.
