Meridian Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to greet guests, answer phones, and create a welcoming environment at the community front desk. The role requires compassion for the elderly and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

This per-diem position emphasizes excellent customer service and confidentiality, with a focus on resident and visitor experiences and support for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and interact tactfully with residents, family members and visitors.

• Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner as the first contact when entering the community.
• Answer phones and route inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support other front-desk activities and assist residents and families as needed.
