Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism at our Bridgewater community. You’ll support the Sales team, assist with move-ins, and maintain an organized front desk and Bistro area.

The role emphasizes hospitality, confidentiality, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
