Sunrise Senior Living in Troy, MI is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth while maintaining a safe, organized community.

You will support the Sales team with inquiries, assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials, and help manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters. Strong customer service, organization, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with professionalism and warmth.
