Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet residents, families and visitors warmly and manage a smooth front desk operation. You will answer calls, route inquiries, support move-ins, and assist with marketing materials while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

The role supports the Sales team, coordinates appointments, and helps with basic office tasks in a fast-paced senior living community.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.

Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose Front Desk Concierge | Senior Living Administration Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90
