Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our senior living community in Baton Rouge, LA. You will create a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

Greet residents and guests, answer phones, manage the front desk, coordinate transportation, and assist with events and daily operations. This role requires excellent communication and a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (healthcare, hospitality or senior living).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

• Coordinate transportation requests for residents
• Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Manage packages and deliveries
• Support leadership with administrativetasks asassigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
