Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Baton Rouge community. You will greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth, answer calls, and maintain an organized, inviting front desk.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, supporting events, and addressing inquiries promptly. You’ll work with a professional, collaborative team to enhance resident satisfaction and daily operations, while displaying a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
