Job description

Concierge Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the building's operations and maintaining its integrity during weekends and scheduled shifts.

Primary Responsibilities for Concierge:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Answer, screen, and direct multiline telephone calls
  • Greet guests and residents, directing them to their destinations as needed
  • Address resident concerns promptly during the shift
  • Offer general administrative and clerical support, including scheduling appointments
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Proficiently use word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Follow emergency procedures as required during the shift
  • Utilize the BILD sales system effectively
  • Oversee or assist with weekend activities
  • Notify the Executive Director of any emergency situations
  • Identify areas or items needing repair and report to the Assistant Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
