We are hiring for the role of Customer Experience Concierge, a remote customer service position supporting participants in real estate reward programs.
This role involves guiding home buyers and sellers through their move journey, from enrollment to closing, working four weekdays from 12-9 PM ET and every Saturday from 8-5 ET. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, converting leads, educating customers, managing escalations, and acting as a liaison between customers and real estate agents.
Qualifications include 2-3 years of business experience preferred, high school diploma required, bilingual English-Spanish a plus, and knowledge of real estate or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, digital literacy, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
