Responsibilities

• Supervise the concession and bar staff during events including training, development and direction to maintain and exceed service standards and goals.
• Assist with inventory management including verifying deliveries, reconciling PO and monthly counts.
• Ensure clear communication within the concessions team and with other F&B team members to support the customer experience.
• Reconcile sales with receipts and inventory at shift end.
• Address customer satisfaction issues.
• Troubleshoot and report issues with house and external concessions equipment.
• Log and monitor alcohol service violations by bar staff to support responsible pour guidelines.
• Double as bar back and/or bartender when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
