You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. Job Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food is served per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
• Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety codes.
• Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
• Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
• Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor food service workers.
• Log maintenance activities for equipment.
• Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks.
• Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs.
• Proficient in multi-tasking.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
• Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
• Coordinate and ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events.
• Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via various channels.
• Perform cashier duties if needed.
• Promote good public relations.
