Job Description

The Lead General Utility Worker oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of front and back of house facilities. They may delegate responsibilities to utility workers. Responsibilities vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Train and guide utility staff on job duties, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  2. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  3. Maintain and clean dishwashing stations, storerooms, refrigerators, and related areas.
  4. Ensure equipment is clean and functional; report issues to management.
  5. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
  6. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
  7. Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role.
