Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for the Field Museum in Chicago. The role oversees multiple concession stands, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains safety and quality during all operating hours.

The position requires at least one year of leadership experience and includes responsibilities from menu knowledge to inventory control and cash handling under Compass Group’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Experience in concessions or food service is preferred.

Summary: Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.
