Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. You will train staff, supervise event-day teams, and ensure high standards of food safety, sanitation, and service quality across venues.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, English fluency, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and beverage service.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible beverage service and safety procedures.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure compliance with service and inventory standards.
• Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
