Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to run assigned concession stands during events. You will train personnel, supervise daily activities, and report to the Concessions Supervisor.

Responsibilities include managing set-up and closing, ensuring cleanliness and stock, handling cash and inventory, and completing paperwork. You will uphold safety standards and deliver quality service across venue events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a stand attendant or food service worker is required.
• Able to interact with coworkers to maintain service standards.
• Able to handle cash and inventory in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Available for all venue events including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates stand workers; assigns duties within the stand.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with supervisor/management.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps stations, back-of-stand and storerooms clean and stocked; orders replacements.
• Completes required paperwork accurately.
• Investigates discrepancies in money and inventory.
• Ensures accuracy of location bank and inventory at events.
• Ensures cashiers' totals are accurate on a random basis.
• Maintains a quality appearance of the concession location.
• At closing, assists in cleaning equipment and organizing stock for next event.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
