Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY seeks a Concessions Stand Lead to supervise operations and manage team members during events. This seasonal role offers weekly pay and opportunities for training while supporting guest experiences.

You will inspect stands, manage inventories, ensure food is prepared correctly, and assist with serving guests as demand dictates. Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service position required
• Cash handling experience required
• Experience as a stand manager or attendant preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect all stands and portable carts, ensuring areas remain clean, functional, and safe
• Evaluate and document the performance of team members
• Verify inventories before and after each event
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and promptly
• Assist with serving guests as business levels demand and resolve any issues that arise
